Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Yes, if you find that a mistake was made at any point during the order process feel free to contact us to make a change.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because all of our products are made custom for you when you place your order, we do have a turnaround time, 2-4 business days is the normal making time. Now that you have the making time you just need to calculate in the shipping time to figure out the overall time it will take to receive your order.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, All over the world via Fedex Express, so you receive your package in record shipping times. All duty and tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you ship to AE and APO?
Yes, Please select the priority mail option when checking out, if not we will upgrade you with no charge.

How do I order with a Gift Certificate?
When you are checking out, in the note box please type in your gift card number.
If your total is more than your gift card balance please enter in your credit card info and we will only charge you the difference.
If your total is less then your gift card balance please enter your gift card number in the note box and the credit card field and select any exp date. We will record your new balance in your account and apply it to future orders.
