Omerica Policy

It's a really good one! Any Product, Any Reason. We value your business and will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


We will accommodate a Return or Exchange within 14 days of receipt of package on new jewelry. Or if you have a warranty issue due to the jewelry being defective IE.. Stone fell out, Inlay Issue, or anything outside of normal wear and tear. We will allow for an exchange or product repair. Please keep in mind that we send out care instructions with our products to insure proper care, so if you failed to abide to these instructions we can not warranty our wares. The time on workmanship is for life! We stand behind every piece that leaves our shop.


Plugs: You are eligible for a return or exchange within the first 14 days if the seal is not broken on the small baggie protecting your plugs. We have to do this to assure the plugs have not been worn.

All other Products

You are eligible for a return or exchange for any reason within the 14 days of reciept.

Shipping Credit

DId we make a mistake with your order?

If we made a mistake with your order, we will credit you your original shipping cost and also the return postage for your exchange or return.

Any other reason?

We do not cover any of the return shipping costs. In the event of a return, your original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

What if I'm an International Client?

The bad news is we will only credit you the product cost, all shipping, duties/taxes, & additional fees are none refundable.

The good news is we offer FREE international shipping on orders over $80.00 USD.

How to Return or Exchange my purchase

  • 1. Get your customer number by calling or emailing into our office. Contact Us.
  • 2. Write it down on a piece of paper and also the reason you are returning it and put it in the same bubble mailer we sent you.
  • 3. Seal it up and send it to us using one of the two shipping options below.

    Ship with the following services:

    • + USPS First Class Mail (with Delivery Confirmation)
    • + Fedex Ground
  • 4. We will contact you the moment we receive the product back, and refund or exchange your purchase.
