I recieved the custom plugs we worked through about a week-and-a-half ago. I had not had time until now to take some decent pics, but here they are. I am absolutely amazed by the quality and craftsmanship that went into these plugs! You all do amazing work. Please pass that along to everyone there. The plugs are beautiful! I'm sure I'll be ordering from you all again soon!

Thanks Alejandra! Since having my daughter I've been unable to wear anything but organic plugs and I love the options with the Omerica plugs, I can't wear single flares and so much prefer the flat flares to a double flare as they are less likely to pop out. I wear my owls every day and only take them out to shower. It has meant I have been able to keep my stretched ears, as I was thinking about letting them shut because of the problems [itching and weeping] I was getting regularly because of the non-organics I was wearing. Thank you so much for such high quality and fairly priced plugs!!! <3

I just received my plugs a few days ago and I wanted to send you a message to let you know that your plugs are beautiful and well worth the wait I stretched from 6g just to buy those Buttons and Pine beetle plugs so again awesome job!! Nice touch on the tophat with the notch for the O-ring.. I have never seen that before and was happy to see it

Dear Omerica Staff, I came across your website some time ago while looking for some quality and unique plugs. Your website, staff, and customer service have always been above and beyond anything else that I have ever found. My wife bought me some plugs for my birthday back in April and I absolutely love them, I have yet to wear a different pair of plugs. My wife Sara was in contact with your customer service and said how amazingly kind the person who helped her out was. I really enjoy all of the contests and discount deals that you have on Facebook. I like seeing the videos of the staff members and showing us a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes. Your plugs, tags, and belt buckles are truly one of a kind pieces of artwork. To whom it may concern, I just wanted to pass along my thanks to you guys for taking care of a little problem I was having with fedex. I don't know if you remember but I had done a plug exchange with you guys and fedex was trying to charge me for duty and tax again even though I had only purchased one product. Anyway I just have to say that with one quick conversation with one of your customer service people the problem was solved with in a couple of weeks with a conformation from fedex and I had to pay nothing. I am continually impressed by the quality of your products and the exceptional service you provide your customers, I have said this before and I will say it's again I will be a customer for life. Thanks again for all your hard work.

I received my very first Omerica order a couple of weeks ago and I love my plugs. I also love that you offer free shipping for overseas orders over a certain $ amount. Considering that I normally pay for what amounts to an extra pair of plugs in postage on most purchases, it's so nice to actually get something for that money. So thank you! A happy repeat customer is me. :)
