Dear Omerica, I received the plugs yesterday and I have to say, they are brilliant quality! The wood feels really clean and healthy, and they fit snug into my ears. Will definitely be getting another pair in future!

I cannot begin to express how impressed I am. I don't even know where to start. The plugs I ordered were such a reasonable price, I didn't expect them to be particularly nice, or show up in less than a month. But holy shit, I was wrong all around. These plugs are so feckin' beautiful and well made! And they got here in like 6 days! And they were so inexpensive! Really, I can't tell you how in love I am. I joined your street team and already had a friend of mine buy a pair of plugs from y'all. I spend a lot of time talking to strangers, and I will be passing on the good word. Not to mention, you'll be getting a lot of future orders from me. Seriously, I am impressed. I want to give you all hugs.
