Equipment was purchased, research was done, and a long learning curve was rounded with patience, dedication, and hard work. We love what we do here! Take this as a fact; we will not stop producing high quality jewelry as this is the very source that has made us what we are today. Returns: We do not accept the return of organic jewelry unless we have made an error with your order, or the jewelry damaged in transit. However if you are not happy with the style you ordered, and have not worn the plugs. We will be happy to exchange them out for you with another pair. Please contact us to work out the details.
