All of our ear gauges and plugs are made after you place your order, to your specifications. Make-time can vary depending on the time of year and promotions. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work, we hope you adore your new jewelry!

We accept returns and exchanges on all products, with one exception: All plugs must still be sealed in the original baggie that they were shipped in. Use this link to learn more about our return policies, or contact us with any questions.

Our plugs and jewelry are made to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We make sure that what leaves the studio is everything you ordered and more. Please keep in mind that wood is a natural organic product, and although extremely rare there is a chance that you could experience a reaction to wood or the wax used to finish it. We use carnauba wax to seal and finish all wood, it is vegan and plant based. Reactions vary from person to person. Some people have allergic reactions to certain types of wood. It is not common, but it is possible, so please be aware of this when you order from us, or any other retailer of wood jewelry. Reactions may not develop over-night. It may take weeks, even months for your body to react. Be aware of your body, especially after introducing new materials to it. If you do have a reaction, remove the jewelry immediately. Signs of reaction may include itchiness, burning, blistering, swollen lymph nodes, or lymphatic discharge. It is not practical for us to anticipate every possibility, and we (Omerica Organic) cannot be held liable for any reaction to our wood plugs or jewelry.
