Orders
Yes. If a mistake was made at any point during the order process, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order enters production.
Every item we sell is handcrafted to order in our Colorado shop — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Current make times are listed on each product page and run approximately 5–7 business days. Once your order is complete and handed to the carrier you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Make times may vary slightly depending on order complexity or size. We promise the quality is worth the wait.
Use the View your order link in your order confirmation email for real-time status updates. You can also contact us anytime and we will give you a direct update.
You will receive three emails:
- Order confirmation when your purchase is placed
- Payment confirmation or decline notification
- Shipping confirmation with carrier tracking details

Custom Plugs
Yes — and this is one of the things that makes Omerica truly unique. Because we make everything in-house on our own CNC equipment right here in Colorado, we can handcraft a pair of plugs using your own photo, artwork, logo, or design. No mass retailer or reseller can offer this.

Shipping
- USA: Free on orders of $60 or more
- International: Free on orders of $90 or more
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. If you did not receive that email, contact us and we will get you the information.
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. All applicable duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times by region.
Yes. Please enter your complete APO/AE address in the order notes field during checkout and we will take care of the rest.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item we make is crafted to order specifically for you, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy or contact us directly if you have a concern with your order.
We stand behind everything we make. If something is not right, contact us and we will make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Promos & Gift Cards
Promo codes can be entered in the discount field at checkout before completing your purchase. Check our Promotions page for current offers.
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Enter your gift card code in the gift card field at checkout. If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, simply add a credit card for the remaining amount — you will only be charged the difference. You can purchase a gift card here.
