We make everything in the Omerica shop 'to-order'. Please see our current make-time (on every product page) to learn how long it will approximately* take for your products to be made. You will receive shipping conformation as soon as your order is prepared for shipping and ready for carrier pick-up. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email with the tracking information; follow the instructions in that email to track your package. If you did not receive an email, then please contact us to get your tracking info.


HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?

Free if you spend $60 or more within the USA

Free if you spend $80 for our international customers

If under those amounts, the cost of shipping differs depending on the service choice you choose. The prices are calculated in the checkout process for your review.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?

Yes, All over the world via FEDEX or USPS International. All duty and tax is the responsibility of the buyer.


DO YOU SHIP TO AE AND APO?

Yes, Please enter the complete APO/AE address in the Notes and Special Requests box on the shipping/billing page of the checkout.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES


HOW DO I ORDER WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

On the shipping/billing page of the checkout process, please enter your unique gift code in the gift code box. Be sure to include all numbers and letters of your gift code. If your total is more than your gift card balance please enter in your credit card info and we will only charge you the difference.
