We use Shopify Email to manage and deliver our email communications. Your email address and related data are processed by Shopify in accordance with their privacy policy (see Section 4).

We work with trusted third-party companies to operate our store and serve you. These providers process your data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it. Key providers include:
Shopify

Payment Processors
Payment transactions are handled by Shopify Payments and associated third-party processors. All payment data is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your raw card number, CVV, or full payment credentials on our systems.
Google
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website, and Google Ads for re-marketing purposes. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our site or other websites. You can review and adjust your Google ad preferences at adssettings.google.com. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
If you have arrived at our site through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may have placed a tracking pixel on our site to measure ad performance and enable re-marketing. WE NEVER SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We employ industry-standard electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the security and integrity of your personal information. Payment data is encrypted during transmission and at rest by our payment processors. Access to personal information is restricted to staff and contractors with a legitimate need to handle it.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law, including Colorado's data breach notification requirements (C.R.S. § 6-1-716), within the legally required timeframe.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Omerica Organic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our website is not directed at children, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
