All Plugs Are Made to Order

Every item in our shop is handcrafted specifically for you in our Colorado shop after your order is placed. Current make times are listed on each product page and are typically 5–7 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. Our quality is worth the wait — thank you for your patience.

Make Times & Turnaround

Make times are listed on individual product pages and may vary depending on:

  • The complexity of the style or finish
  • The size or quantity of your order
  • Current production volume in our shop

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If your order encounters a delay we will reach out promptly to let you know.

If you have a deadline or time constraint, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Shipping Rates

USA
Orders $60.00 or more: Free
Orders under $60.00: $7.00 flat rate

International
Orders $90.00 or more: Free
Orders under $90.00: $18.00 – $24.00 depending on destination and carrier

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS. Carrier and service level options are available at checkout. Most domestic packages arrive within 2–5 business days of the ship date depending on the service chosen.

We reserve the right to substitute the shipping carrier or service at our discretion without prior notice. If a specific carrier or service is required, please let us know when placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and are estimates only.

When ordering from outside the United States, you as the customer are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country. These charges are entirely separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Omerica Organic has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be — they vary widely by country and product type.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about potential import charges. Customs clearance can also delay the estimated delivery timeframe.

Omerica Organic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, or for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your destination country. These costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, the carrier being used, and a link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status at any time using the View Your Order link in your original order confirmation email.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or cannot locate your tracking information, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

APO / AE Military Addresses

We proudly ship to APO and AE military addresses via USPS. Please enter your complete APO/AE address in the order notes field during checkout. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic estimates.
