CUSTOM SIZING / SPECS / WOOD CHANGES

If you are interested in customizing a style we currently offer on our site (i.e. want a different wood used, need a size beyond what is offered, or if you require custom specs (smaller back flares, larger front flares, custom overall length, etc) shoot us an email with the specifics!  We are often able to accommodate requests of this kind and typically can do so without any extra charge, as all of our plugs are made-to-order.

CUSTOM IMAGE ORDERING

In general, custom image ordering is offered as an etched graphic only.  We discourage custom inlays because they can be cost prohibitive due to the added time and design complexity.  That said, shoot us an email if you have a great idea and we can explore the possibilities.

COPYRIGHTED IMAGES

We are not at liberty to utilize the logo of any business or entity (bands, sports teams, etc.) or any other registered trademark or copyrighted material, unless you are the intellectual property owner or have the i.p. owner's express permission. Thanks for understanding.

THEMES

Customization is an opportunity for our customers to have a hand in creating something of their very own; however, we cannot limit future design potential by excluding other designs on the basis of sharing the same or a similar theme.  For example, you have a custom pair of plugs made with your own cat design; we reserve the right to make a different or similar (never using your artwork) custom cat pair for someone else, or as a regular offering available on our site.

Shoot us an email with the following:

  • your plug size
  • your original image/artwork
  • preferred wood(s)
  • anything else we need to know about your concept!

Once we receive this information, we will review it and will contact you for clarification or if we need further information before providing you a quote and ordering instructions.

Custom orders are considered final sale, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on these items. We maintain our high quality standards and craftsmanship with custom orders and will work to ensure that you'll love your new jewelry!  Discounts and promotions may not be used with custom product orders.
